Asking questions is the second most important thing we do. Listening to the answers is the FIRST. It's how we define the job and the candidate, and make sure there's a good fit.

Questions For You...

We ask about the job, the company, the work environment, advancement opportunities and precisely what you expect from your new employee.

We ask about the history of the job. If there were successes, we want to know why, and how. If there were problems, we want to avoid repeating them.


Questions For The Candidate...

When we confirm that a candidate has the right training, skills and experience for your assignment, we schedule in depth interviews at our offices. We have a comfortable, well appointed interview facility to put the candidates at ease, and encourage frank discussion. You are also welcome to conduct interviews in our offices.

We are seasoned interviewers. We know how to get the answers that reveal a candidate's attitudes, motivations, initiative, stability, insights, social skills and weaknesses. We want you to know what kind of worker this is - and what kind of person this is.


By the time you're ready to hire a candidate, all the important questions have been asked - and answered.
